Service Description

Dance class inspired by traditional West African dances/ ballet style as well as modern Afro contemporary dance movements. Expand your body vocabulary to the contagious AfroPop music. Dancing with other humans invites us to work harder, it builds a community while producing invigorating joyful group atmosphere. Classes starts with a warm up, then we learn different traditional and contemporary West African dance steps. We then do cool down, stretching and sometimes meditation.
