Service Description
These workshops have been design blending West African, Afro-Colombian and Afro-Cuban cultures, with recorded music, live drumming and AfroPop. Each workshop has designed to facilitate emotional expression, building confidence, positive and meaningful connections. Get fit, develop cognitive and creative skills for healthy development in all areas of life When they Dance they focus their energy and decrease stress and anxiety in difficult times (exams, Soccer Final). Children Workshops are design for ages 8-12, 12 – 16 years.
